They’re Fashion Forward in Regina
Now that the stage is set, this home is ready for its new owners to let life unfold, day by day.
The $1-million residence in Regina, Saskatchewan, is a truly finished space, decked out top to bottom in the Metrie Fashion Forward Collection.
Scene II and Scene III trim elements along with the Collection solid and glass interior doors were installed throughout the entire house, which was built by Harmony Builders Ltd.
Architraves were installed at the top of the casing around windows, doorways and large room openings. The fireplace in the great room is a custom piece made from moulding and Metrie Ikons. The ceiling and wall decor in the master bedroom and den are spectacular.
The placement of every piece of trim as well as the doors was planned out from the beginning. Never an afterthought. A perfect example of how to “Finish Before You Start.” The result is absolutely stunning. We certainly cannot imagine this gorgeous abode without all the interior finishings.
And for one lucky winner, the 2,500 sq. ft. showstopper will be theirs! The house is the grand prize showhome for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation’s fall 2014 Home Lottery.
Starting this Saturday, August 30, the home is open to the public to tour. Click here for more information on viewings and to purchase lottery tickets.
